I have dependably delighted in pasta plate of mixed greens and serving of mixed greens formulas however wind up needing them more in the Spring and Summer months. I needed to ensure these and more were in the formula to give it all the Greek flavor I adore to such an extent! We included some cilantro, cucumbers, our most loved tri-shading rotini and a scrumptious Greek dressing. The outcome was stunning and had so much flavor that we realized others would love it as well.
I'm cheerful to report that it was a hit and has turned out to be one of our go-to pasta dishes. It doesn't need to be presented with a Greek-themed dinner yet is the ideal side to any feast, BBQ or get together.

- 3 cups tri-colored rotini pasta uncooked
- 1 cup Crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumbers chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup Greek dressing
- cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Cook rotini according the package directions. Let cool.
- Add pasta and remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. ENJOY!
