I made us a huge pitcher of Summer Berry Sangria to commend the way that we at last found a loft! Woohoo!
I had effectively surrendered and chosen to remain at my current (overly costly and small) Manhattan place when a real estate broker called me about this rental I had informed her about some time prior. So we went to look at it (despite the fact that I wasn't also excited about the spot) and for reasons unknown, in view of miscommunication it was a totally better place and that was A-cracking MAZING!
It resembled the chances contrived for us to finish up observing (and getting) this excellent condo, which – incidentally – is a HUGE 2 room and 2 restroom (otherwise known as unicorn in NY/NJ terms) and has an overhang and a stroll in storeroom.
