SPICY BEEF NOODLE SOUP

Weather like this really makes me want something spicy, preferably soup. Spicy beef noodle soup to be exact.

I like this Spicy Beef Noodle recipe because of its simplicity. There's nothing more difficult than taking two stock pots (and if you don't have two stock pots, you can start with a smaller pot to boil beef ... but you need to add boiling water to the bottom of the soup in a larger pot before boiling) .

This step of boiling beef before was the key to cleaning beef from any "dirt". Many readers question this step ... so we decided to actually include a photo that shows what the dirt looks like! I don't usually store the water used for boiling beef, but because we make soup bases and we need all the meat we can get, I decided to slice it and use water for soup. I have tried different pieces of beef for this recipe, but the best I use is chuck - the same type of beef you use to bake!

By the way, if you don't like spicy food, you can make a variety of recipe for spicy beef noodle soup using ordinary (not spicy) peanut sauce. Also, I use 2 tablespoons of Sichuan pepper. If you don't really like the sensation of numbness, reduce it to 1 tablespoon.

As for noodles, you can choose whatever noodles you want to use. Just remember to cook it in a separate pot. After combining noodles, beef, and soup in a bowl, sprinkle the onions and cilantro, and you're ready to conquer the cold!
