Hi once more, companions! It's Alicia from The Baker Upstairs, and I'm so eager to share this strawberry lemonade smoothie formula with you today. It's too thick and smooth, sweet and tart, and overflowing with flavor. It has just three fixings, takes only a couple of minutes to make, and tastes simply like summer in a container!

Do you have any critical eaters at your home? My ordinarily sweet and agreeable multi year old is experiencing a very fussy stage at this moment, and continues turning her little nose up at nourishments that used to be her top choice. I've attempted to lure her with basically the majority of the nourishments she loves, from macaroni and cheddar, to chicken tenders, to pizza, and all without much of any result. She will eat only a couple of chomps of her lunch or supper, and reveal to me that she's done. She appears to be entirely resolved to subsist on an eating regimen of just goldfish wafers and fruit purée pockets, and it's making me somewhat insane! Regardless of whether she is getting enough calories (which I truly question) she's certainly not getting enough nutrients and supplements.

The main arrangement I've found recently is to encourage her smoothies as frequently as could reasonably be expected. She will never say no to a decent smoothie! I can generally sneak in a few servings of organic product (and even a few veggies all over) and she will drink it up rapidly and without any protests. We've attempted practically every assortment, from our preferred solid green breakfast smoothie, to this delightful and protein-pressed cinnamon move smoothie. This strawberry lemonade smoothie is unquestionably somewhat more toward the sweet end of the smoothie range, however despite everything it gives her a decent estimated serving of organic product, which is an immense success in my book!

Ingredients :

  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries (do not thaw)
  • 1½ cups good quality lemonade
  • ½ cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt

Instructions :

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the blender as necessary.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate or freeze for later.
