Ingredients
  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup fresh pesto ***
  • optional: chopped fresh basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside to cool.
  2. Once the pasta is cool toss the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and fresh pesto together.  Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.  If in season toss and garnish with additional fresh chopped basil.
