HUMMUS AND AVOCADO TOAST #diet #avocado

Of late I've been diggin' this veggie lover Hummus and Avocado Toast as an excessively basic lunch, breakfast or tidbit. It's made with my solid, custom made, lemon-garlic hummus and finished with crisp, ready avocado. Whats not to adore about that combo!? It's fast, simple and can be prepared in less than 10 minutes!

We as a whole realize hummus is a plunge you can appreciate with essentially anything. I adore it with wafers, naan bread, chips, veggie sticks… you get the point, Hummus is only that great!

Well you know what else is similarly as great? Avocado! Spot the two on some seeded multigrain toast with cut vine ready tomatoes, salt and pepper and you have a gathering for your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS :

HUMMUS AND AVOCADO TOAST
  • 2 Pieces of seeded multi-grain bread, toasted (or bread of choice)
  • 6 Tablespoons Ultimate Hummus, divided
  • 1 organic ripe avocado
  • Organic tomato slices

SEASON TO TASTE WITH:
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper, optional

INSTRUCTIONS :
  1. Toast your bread to desired brownness. I like my toast slightly darker, so I set the toaster to medium/dark.
  2. Once the toast is done, let it cool a few minutes.
  3. Place about 3 Tablespoons Ultimate Hummus on each piece of toast. I like a little heat, so at this point I'll sprinkle cayenne on the hummus, but it's completely optional.
  4. Now cut your avocado in half. Top each piece of toast with half an avocado cut into chunky slices.
  5. Top with tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy
