While I cherish the comfort of setting and overlooking supper, I LOVE fresh orange chicken. Here's a slow cooker orange chicken form as well! Growing up, getting chinese take-out was the best thing ever. I genuinely ate cream cheddar puffs for breakfast. My latest most loved eatery for orange chicken is Panda Express (YUM!) I have attempted a couple of copycat formulas that utilized squeezed orange and I simply loathed them.
I figured I would attempt their 3 fixing sauce to finish everything and it turned out dazzling! Truth be told, my significant other was exceptionally eager to take scraps to work the following morning (Note: he generally "overlooks" it yet not this time :- ) While it doesn't taste precisely like the eatery, it has a new orange get-up-and-go flavor to it.
I think notwithstanding including some pepper pieces for some warmth would improve it! Somebody additionally referenced including garlic and ginger however I haven't attempted it. Make a point to look at my formula list page for all the more simple dinners!

- In a sauce pan, add the BBQ sauce, marmalade, and soy sauce. Turn the heat on low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Meanwhile, cut up your chicken breasts into cubes. In one bowl beat 2 eggs, while the other bowl should mix the dry ingredients.
- Dip pieces of chicken in the egg and then cover in flour/cornstarch. Set on an extra plate.
- Add a thin layer of oil to a frying pan and turn your stove on medium/high heat. Once it sizzles, add the chicken to the pan. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes each side until it's brown and cooked on the inside.
- Set the oily pieces on a paper towel and let drain.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and toss!
- Eat it on top of white rice and enjoy. I think veggies would be good with it such as green peppers or broccoli.
